On July 10, 2025, a 42-year-old man, Mr. Amoako, was miraculously delivered from satanic oppression through the power of the gospel.
According to the young missionaries posted to La Area, Adabraka District, Mr. Amoako encountered the gospel during the outreach and was ministered to by the Pentecost Young Missionaries (PYM-25). He responded to the message without hesitation, accepting Christ and surrendering all the spiritual items he had previously received from a mallam—two rings (one for strength and one for protection), and a spiritual incense. He was also instructed to smile every night before going to bed, a strange ritual that left him feeling a constant sense of heaviness and oppression. Praise God!
Before his full deliverance, he was asked to remove both rings, but he became filled with fear and panic, afraid of the spiritual consequences he had been warned about if he ever disobeyed the mallam’s instructions. After continued prayers, he agreed to remove only one ring at first, as fear gripped his heart.
The first ring was removed successfully, but the second ring suddenly became tight and refused to come off. The missionaries continued to pray fervently, and by the leading of the Holy Spirit, they were directed to a welder, where the ring was safely cut off.
Afterward, Mr. Amoako was prayed for again, baptized, and fully delivered. To the glory of God, he is now completely free from every satanic bondage.
