Apostle Dr. Ebenezer Hagan Encourages Youth to Trust God’s Timing During Bompata Visit

As part of his two-day working visit to the Bompata Area of The Church of Pentecost, the National Youth Director, Apostle Dr. Ebenezer Hagan, delivered a powerful and hope-filled message to the youth on Monday, 14th July 2025. Speaking on the theme “God Has Wonderful Plans for You, So Be Patient,” Apostle Hagan drew inspiration from Jeremiah 29:11 and Job 36:5,7 to remind the youth that no matter their background, tribe, or circumstances, God’s plans for their lives remain intact. “God is not bothered about your clan or tribe. He is mighty and doesn’t dispose of anyone,” he affirmed, urging the youth to remain steadfast in their faith.

The meeting, held at the Asafo Central Auditorium, was graced by the Bompata Area Head, Apostle Victor Asamoah, and his wife, who joined the gathering in fellowship and support. Apostle Hagan encouraged the youth to understand that the journey to their destiny may not be without challenges, but with God by their side, success is inevitable. Referencing 2 Timothy 4:15-18, he spoke about the reality of betrayal and disappointment, stating that people may turn against you, but God remains faithful through every storm.

Highlighting the keys to a successful Christian journey, the Youth Director emphasized the need to walk in wisdom, work hard, and approach every task with care and diligence. Drawing from Proverbs 31:18, he called on the youth to be intentional and discerning in their decisions. He also cautioned against laziness, stressing the importance of faithfulness in little things as seen in Luke 16:10-12, which speaks to God’s principle of promotion through responsibility.

Apostle Hagan’s message resonated deeply with the young people, many of whom expressed a renewed sense of purpose and encouragement to wait patiently for God’s appointed time. He reminded them that greatness is not born out of shortcuts, but through enduring trust in God’s process and timing. “Your end is great,” he declared confidently, reinforcing the assurance of God’s promise to elevate those who remain faithful.

The visit forms part of Apostle Hagan’s broader vision to connect with and empower the young people across the nation under the ministry’s agenda of “Grounded in Christ, Reaching Everyone, and Taking Over Everywhere for Christ.” His time in Bompata has not only strengthened the faith of the youth but also reaffirmed the Church’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of Christian leaders.
