Elder Alexander Osei, Chairman of the “I Will Go” (IWiG) strategy, has challenged Pentecost Students and Associates (PENSA) youth leaders to actively participate in a bold initiative aimed at spreading the Gospel through digital platforms. The IWiG strategy, an annual program developed by PENSA International—a branch of The Church of Pentecost’s youth ministry—seeks to leverage social media to reach new territories and save souls.
Elder Osei emphasized the potential of this approach to break new ground in nations previously unreached by traditional evangelism methods. Elder Osei indicated during his presentation that, “In today’s interconnected world, our gadgets can become powerful tools for spreading the Good News.” He outlined several strategies designed to harness the power of social media platforms, enabling PENSA members to extend their ministry beyond physical boundaries.
The Man of God’s call to action comes at a time when digital evangelism is gaining traction among Christian organizations worldwide. By encouraging youth and PENSA leaders to utilize their devices for Gospel propagation, the IWiG strategy aims to create a virtual army of digital missionaries.
Elder Osei concluded his address with a powerful challenge: “Let your smartphones become smart tools for the Kingdom. Through social media, we have the unprecedented opportunity to reach wider territories and touch countless lives with the message of Christ.”
As the IWiG strategy gains momentum, it represents a significant shift in how The Church of Pentecost approaches its global mission, blending traditional values with modern technology to fulfill the Great Commission in the digital age.
